Why 本课时以阅读训练为主,通过阅读三则招聘广告,将三位主人公特点与广告的招聘要求进行比对,帮助他们选择最适合自己的招聘岗位。三则海报内容贴近生活,可以引起学生的兴趣,旨在培养学生的团队意识及社会责任感。使本单元主题得到升华,达到育人的效果。
How 招聘广告从六个方面行文:标题、地点、时间、能力、感受和联系方式。标题是广告的精炼,从标题可以快速判断出招聘的人员范畴;时间和地点的加持缩短了范围;能力是最核心的要求,达到某种能力才有被聘用的机会;工作感受是招聘广告的一剂强心药,可以更好地拉拢聘用人员;准确的联系方式必不可少。语篇使用一般现在时和情态动词can询问能力,还运用了祈使句提供联系方式。
