教学目标:
By the end of this period, students will be able to:
1.Use the language learned in this unit to take key notes,describe the occurrence and impact of a certain natural disaster,record the experiences and psychological and emotional changes of the characters,and explain the gains and feelings gained from it;
2.Have a deeper understanding of the theme of disaster and hope,and establish a positive and optimistic attitude towards life;
3.Evaluate learning outcomes,adjust learning strategies and improve learning efficiency.
教学重难点:
1.Guide students to use the content learned in this unit to narrate similar topic stories and objectively evaluate other’s stories.
2.Guide students to make reasonable evaluations of their learning behaviour and effectiveness from aspects such as language ability and thinking quality.

Make a poster about a major natural disaster.
Every year,tens of millions of people around the world are affected by natural disasters.A disaster can destroy a community and the after-effects can lead to drought,disease and even death.Quick and appropriate action in the face of a disaster can limit its effects on you as well as others.
