用法总结
The present perfect progressive (continuous) is used to describe an event that
started in the past but is still happening in the present.
现在完成进行时用于描述从过去开始一直持续到现在且现在仍在发生的动作。
I have been living in this house for 40 years.
(I started living in it 40 years ago and I am still living in it today.)
我在这所房子里已经一直住了 40 年了。
（我 40 年前就开始住在这里，现在我仍然住在这里。）
I have been climbing up this mountain for over two hours.
(I started climbing up it two hours ago and at this moment I’m still climbing.)
我爬这座山已经一直爬了两个多小时了。
（我两个小时前就开始爬了，现在我还在爬。）
Present Perfect Simple or Present Perfect Progressive – Which to use
现在完成时 vs 现在完成进行时：到底该使用哪一个？
In general, use the present perfect simple when the action started in the past and is
relevant to the present.
一般来说，当动作开始于过去并且与现在相关时，使用现在完成时。
This is the third time I’ve written to you.
(I wrote twice in the past and now I am writing again – in the present.)
这是我第三次给你写信了。
（我过去写过两次，现在又写了一次——现在）
If it’s an action that started in the past and that same action is still happening now,
use the present perfect progressive.
如果一个动作是从过去开始的，而现在同样的动作还在发生，那就用现在完成进
行时。
I have been waiting for you since 10 am.
我从早上 10 点开始就已经一直在等你了。（现在还在等）
Some actions can be expressed in either tense, especially those that started in the
past and still occur in the present on a habitual basis.
有些动作可以用其中的任意一种时态来表达，特别是那些从过去开始，现在仍习
惯性地发生的动作。
I have lived in this house for 20 years.
=I have been living in this house for 20 years.
我在这所房子里已经住了 20 年了。
=我在这所房子里已经一直住了 20 年了。
Both sentences are correct.
两个句子都是正确的。
