A. 引导名词性从句
句子 从句类型判断
It is doubtful if (= whether) he will come.
It does not matter whether she will come or not. (whether ... or not)
I wonder if you will consider my application.
He asked if I had left with you, and I said no.
The problem is whether the money will be enough.
I have no idea whether the money will be enough.
B. 引导状语从句
句子 时态判断
If we don’t stop climate change, many animals and plants in the world ________________(go).

He will come if (he is) asked. (if 的省略结构)

【辨析】
A： if vs. whether (用whether而不用if的原因：________________) 主从Whether the work can be completed on time is doubtful. It is doubtful whether/if the work can be completed on time.句首用whether宾从I don’t care whether/if he comes or not. I don’t care whether or not he comes. It all depends on whether they will come back.(whether ... or not) 介词+whether表从/同位语从句The problem is whether the money will be enough. I have no idea whether the money will be enough.表从/同位语从句只用whetherwhether+ to doI can’t decide whether to stay.
B： 关于时态“主将从现” If it rains, I stay at home. 常态“主将从现”的前提： ______________________________________________If it rains, I will stay at home. 具体情况
