There are three people in my family, my father, my mother and I. We have different eating habits. My father likes meat, beef is his favourite food. He doesn't like eating vegetables and fruit. We all know, meat is healthy, but too much meat is not good for us. My mother likes all kinds of vegetables. For meat, she likes chicken. She also likes fruit, like bananas,apples and oranges. I like tomatoes and potatoes, my favourite drink is juice and milk. I always drink a glass of milk in the morning, because milk is good for my teeth.
It’s important to remember, eat well, stay healthy and don’t get fat.Eat noodles or rice, not hamburgers. Drink juice, tea or milk, not cola. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables.

First of all, start our day with a big breakfast. I have vegetable salad and milk because they are very nutritious(有营养的).
