教学目标
1.语言技能:
(1)能够听懂、会说、认读词组或单词:museum, postcard, post office, send, next to.
(2)能够读懂题目要求,根据题目要求对将要听的内容进行预测,并运用听力技巧,捕捉重点信息,完成听力任务,选择正确的答案。
(3)能够运用句型“Where is the …… It’s near / next to / behind the …… ”进行有关地点的询问与答复。
(4)能够根据课文中的单词与句型提示,自行编出一个有关“地点问答”的对话。
(5)能够正确理解对话大意并能正确朗读所学对话。
2.语言知识:
(1)能够理解和运用有关“地点问答”的语言表达形式“Where is the …… It’s near / next to / behind the ……”。
3.情感态度、学习策略与文化意识:
(1)在学习的过程中,能够做到乐于感知并积极尝试使用英语。
(2)在课堂交流中,遇到问题主动向老师或同学请教。
(3)在学习和日常交际中,能初步注意到中外文化异同。

1.教师准备与本课时相关的课件与音视频。
教学过程
Step 1:warm-up
1.Greeting.师生用英语互相问候。
2.Play a game.教师与学生通过玩一个游戏来猜测museum这个单词,游戏的名字叫做“吊死鬼”,首先教师在黑板上画六条小横线,画好之后,请学生猜测这六条横线的字母,学生可以说出任意一个字母,如果学生所说的字母是正确的,教师就将字母写在横线上,但如果学生猜错一次,教师就在黑板的旁边画上“吊死鬼”的一个身体部位,“吊死鬼”有六个部位,头、身体、两条胳膊和两条腿,如果学生猜错六次,那么全班学生得接受教师的一个小惩罚,惩罚之后,教师再公布答案,我平常的惩罚主要是要求学生一边念口令,一边完成以下四个动作“拍拍手、跺跺脚、扭扭屁股、弯弯腰”,名义上是一个小惩罚,事实上还是想让学生运动运动。
3.Let’s try. 教师引导学生完成Let’s try 部分的听力任务。
(1)Read the sentences and questions. 学生先看课文中的文字提示语与两个句子的内容,预测听力内容。



(2)Listen and tick. 教师播放音频,学生听音频,运用听力技巧,捕捉重点信息,完成听力任务,选择正确的答案。
(3)Check the answer. 教师通过问答的方式,引导学生核对答案。

Step 2:Presentation
1.Lead-in
(1)Talk about “Let’s try” and look at the picture.教师与学生谈论Let’s try部分的内容,引出Wu Yifan 和Robin正在博物馆,接着,教师引导学生看课本中的图片,提出问题:图片上的男人有三个感叹号,是什么事情让这个男人这么惊讶?
Q:Where are Wu Yifan and Robin?
They are in the museum.
Q:Guess! What is Robin doing? (引导学生猜测。)
Q:Why is the man so surprised(惊讶)?
【设计意图】循序渐进地学习课文,提出这个问题,有助于学生集中注意力,在接下来的学习中寻找答案。
(2)Watch and answer.学生看视频,以四个人为一个小组合作找出下面四个问题的答案。
Why is the man so surprised(惊讶)?
Where is the museum shop?
What does Wu Yifan want to buy?(提出这个问题的目的是帮助学生解决新词postcard,教师可以借助图片进行呈现,帮助学生完成这个新词的听说与认读任务。)
Where is the post office?(提出这个问题的同时,教师需要借助图片帮助学生解决post office这个新词的听说与认读任务,解决这个新词任务之后,教师还需要引导学生认识send这个词汇,因为send是动词,表达起来比较抽象,教师需要借助postcard与post office的帮助,提问学生:If I want to send this postcard to Robin. Where can I go?)
四个问题的答案分别是:
Because Robin is a talking robot.

He wants to buy a postcard.
It’s next to the museum.(解决next to,引导学生认识next to的意思就是“紧挨着”。)
PS:回答正确的小组可以获得小组加分!
Step 3:Drill
1.Watch the video and repeat.学生观看视频,跟读,了解课文的整体内容。
2.Watch and analyze the text. 学生观看视频,一边跟读,教师引导学生分析课文内容。
当我们想知道某个地点在哪里的时候,怎么提问:Where is the …?

What a great museum! (陈述句:It’s a great museum.)
It’s next to the …
3.Fill in the blanks.根据课文内容,补充对话。

4.Read and act.首先教师给各个小组5分钟时间,小组成员互相帮助,遇到不懂的句子,当所有小组成员都不懂的时候,可以举手请教教师,教师巡堂并提供帮助。五分钟之后,教师邀请学生朗读课文,在学生比较熟悉的情况下,进行分角色对话表演活动。
Step 4:Practice
1.Choose, ask and answer.教师引导学生根据提供的单词与句型,进行“有关地点” 的问答活动。
