Lesson 15 A present for Li Ming 教学设计
一、设计理念
本课的教学设计将充分发挥学生的主观能动性并和实践相结合,通过教师的引导以及学生之间的合作探究,达到本课学习目标的完成,体会朋友之间珍贵的友谊,学会用英语购物买东西表达爱心。本单元以生日庆祝活动为主线,购买礼物为辅线来开展教学活动,涉及到的重点有 What can I do for you What colour/size/style?Does it fit 等 本课的主要内容是学习和掌握购物用语,进而培养学生的实践能力和英语思维。本课以听说为主线,以任务驱动,小组合作探究来开展教学,在体验中学习并感受当中珍贵的友谊。
二、教材分析
本单元是为朋友庆祝生日购买礼物这一部分,内容贴近生活,难易程度适中,适合八年级学生学习和掌握,在熟悉的生活场景中体会友谊和爱的传达。
三、学情分析
这一章关于举办生日庆祝活动,学生的学习兴趣很浓厚也知道一些基本的购物表达,本课的内容比较简单学生容易掌握,但重点是表达出来,把情景融入到真实的场景中来,达到交际和应用的目的。
四、教学目标
Teaching Aims:
1.master the new words :present,clothing,size,fit etc.
2.useful expressions: What can I do for you what colour/size/style How much etc.
3.let the students cherish the friendship between friends and people around us.
Teaching important points and difficulties:
1.Shopping in English
2.I don’t think Li Ming would like this jacket anyway.
五、Teaching procedure
Step1. Report and Lead in
Ask today’ reporter to give a report on his friend. Then ask them if they have ever received a present from others.
Step 2. words and phrases
Show them some pictures and explain the new words to the students.
Step 3.Listen and fill in the blanks by using the new words
Step4. Read and finish the task in exercise 1.
Step5. Make a dialogue between a clerk and a customer then act it out in front of the class.
