单元主题
本单元学习的主题是Middle school life,涉及“人与社会”“人与自我”两大主题范畴。本模块紧紧围绕中学生活这一主线,学习用 “be going to”结构谈论未来计划。学习过程中,鼓励学生大胆运用所学知识与大家分享自己的暑假计划和对中学生活的规划。通过学习,使学生懂得珍惜现有的时光和友情。

六年级是小学阶段最后一个年级,高年级学生较中、低年级学生具有更成熟的认知能力和心理特征,对自身及周边的事物逐步有了自己独立的理解和认识。但不同学生的具体表现有很大差异,英语基础好的同学对英语有较强的求知欲和兴趣,能够把所学内容与生活实际相联系,并在课程教学过程中积极参与课堂教学活动,喜欢丰富多样的课堂活动形式,如畅读歌谣、对话表演、改编故事等,而一些学困生对英语学习的积极性不高,对英语课堂或家庭作业都是敷衍应付。
二、单元内容分析
本模块内容是学习用 “be going to”结构谈论未来计划,设计了两个语篇,包括U1 We’re going to different schools. 和U2 What are you going to study
语篇一是一篇短文,Lingling的毕业致辞,Lingling即将告别小学进入中学,心情既兴奋又难过。兴奋的是中学要学习许多课程和新知识,还能结识新的朋友,难过的是与现在的好朋友告别了。大家会去不同的学校,Sam和Amy要回英国,不过Lingling也为他们感到高兴。四年前他俩来学校时会说的汉语不多,现在已经学会了很多。Lingling希望他们回到英国后继续练习。
