So I’m never late for work. 因此我上班从来不迟到。
never 是频度副词，意思是“从不”，通常放在助动词或be动词之后，实义动词之前。例如：
Kate never eats breakfast in the morning. 凯特早上从来不吃早餐。
类似的频度副词还有always（总是；一直），sometimes（有时；偶尔），often（经常；常常）和 usually（通
常）。usually和sometimes可放在句首，也可放句中。

1. on、in和at表示时间时的用法
（1） on 用于表示具体的日期、星期或特定的某日的时间前。例如：
on Friday 在星期五
on Sunday morning 在星期天上午
（2） in 用于一日中的上午、下午，周，季，年或泛指的某一天前。例如：
in the morning 在早上/上午
in a day 在某一天
（3） at 用于钟点，一日中的黎明、中午或深夜前。例如：
at six o’clock 在六点钟 at night 在晚上

2. 时间表达法
英语中关于“时间”的表达方法常有以下几种:
时间 先小时， 后分钟 先分钟，后小时
整点 6：00 six （o’clock） —
≤ 30分钟 7：20 seven twenty 分钟（＜ 30分钟）+past+钟点：
twenty past seven
8：30 eight thirty half+past+钟点：
half past eight
>30分钟 9：48 nine forty-eight （60-分钟数）+to+（钟点数+1）:
twelve to ten
在分钟数中，15分钟不仅可以用fifteen来表示，还可以用a quarter来表示；30分钟不仅可用thirty表示，还可用half来表示。例如：
8:15 读作：eight fifteen 或a quarter past eight
10:30 读作：ten thirty 或 half past ten
9:45读作：nine forty-five或a quarter to ten
时间点后加a.m.表示上午几点几分；时间点后加p.m.表示下午几点几分。例如：
8:25 a.m. 上午八点二十五分
4:18 p.m. 下午四点十八分
【注意】 a.m.和p.m.不可与in the morning 或 in the afternoon 连用，也不能与o’clock 连用。例如：
4:00 p.m.（下午四点）不能写作或读作4:00 p.m. o’clock.
a.m.和p.m.书写时只用在表示钟点数的阿拉伯数字后，不可与英语数字连用。例如：
3:00 p.m./3 p.m.（下午三点）不能书写为three p.m.
