题型五 读写综合
从2020年开始,广东中考英语的读写综合在形式上有所变化,其中,A部分的“信息归纳”改为“回答问题”,分值由5分增加为10分;B部分仍然是“书面表达”,分值为15分。此题型实际上是阅读与写作的有机结合,在考查考生用英语获取信息、处理信息、加工信息能力的基础上又考查考生用英语进行思考和表达的能力,是对考生综合能力的考查,尤其考查考生的语言理解能力、主观表达能力和逻辑推理能力,是一类区分度较大的题型。2023年读写综合中的书面表达有所变化,由之前的直接文字提示改为思维导图提示。
回答问题
该题型主要考查考生是否能够有效地运用语言“做事”的能力,体现了语言能力、理解能力和社会经验等方面能力的结合。5个问题的设计一般比较简单,多数考题针对文章中的事实细节,答案都能在原文中找到出处。疑问句类型主要有:(1)特殊疑问句;(2)一般疑问句;(3)选择疑问句。

Dreams may make you smart.This was discovered by scientists who do research on dreams. Dreams may make you more creative,too.It was reported that a famous songwriter came up with his best song in a dream,and wrote it down as soon as he woke up.However,dreams alone can’t bring about creativity.In fact,the songwriter spent a lot of time thinking about the song before the dream.In a word,hard work matters more for creativity,though dreams also have a role to play.

Birdwatching is a fun hobby for many people.Birdwatchers like to look at birds in the wild.They usually take photos and record the birds’ sounds to learn about them.Prayitno Goenarto,a 31-year-old birdwatcher from Indonesia,is one of them.

Since 2017,Jiading,Shanghai has been building community libraries under the “Home Study” program,to encourage more reading among its 1.6 million local people.

As a child growing up in Suzhou,East China’s Jiangsu Province,Wu Jing loves to go to teahouses with her parents and grandparents to watch pingtan performances.
Pingtan originated(发源) from the Song Dynasty in Suzhou.It usually involves just two performers:one male and one female,who play Chinese traditional instruments,while singing ballads(民谣) and telling stories of ancient heroes and other classic Chinese folk tales in the Suzhou dialect(方言) at teahouses or small theaters.
Pingtan is an art form with a 200-year history.Unlike Beijing Opera,pingtan performers usually sing in softer voices.The art form is popular with many people,especially in the southern areas of the Yangtze River,such as Shanghai,Suzhou,Hangzhou and Nanjing.
“In my hometown,many people usually like to watch pingtan performances.People enjoy it while drinking tea and eating snacks.As a result,watching pingtan has become a part of our life in my hometown,” says Wu,who naturally fell in love with pingtan and later studied at a pingtan school in Suzhou.“When you visit Suzhou as a tourist,you have to watch pingtan performances to make your trip complete.”
