教材分析本课是本单元的起始课，主题为人与人之间的联系，通过图表演示、听力与名言学习等方式，展现了人类的群体生活方式，让每个人与周边的人因各种原因产生交集，从而拥有了独特的生活。该部分起到了激活主题相关背景知识的作用，并为本单元后面的教学内容做了话题、词汇以及思维的铺垫。教学目标在本课学习结束时，学生能够：1. 从听力中获取关于朋友交往的信息；2. 分享与亲近的人之间的故事；3. 讨论关于人际关系的名言。教学重难点【教学重点】1. 引导学生从听力中获取关于朋友交往的信息；2. 引导学生分享与亲近的人之间的故事。【教学难点】引导学生讨论关于人际关系的名言。
教学过程Step 1 Warming-up Use the diagram to talk about your connections or people who are related to you. How important are they to you 设计意图：引入话题，激活学生已有知识；同时积极引导学生回顾、拓展与话题相关的表达。Step 2 Pre-listeningLook at the pictures and learn the vocabulary.设计意图：通过图片学习相关词汇，为听力活动做准备。Step 3 While-listeningRead the Text Builder. Then listen to the dialogue and complete it by underlining the words or expressions you hear.设计意图：在听前相关词汇表达铺垫的基础上，引导学生理解听力信息，完成句子；学生能够获取大致信息和一些细节信息，启发学生发现文本内部结构，为话题输出做好准备。Step 4 Post-listeningUse the Text Builder to talk about a person that you have a close connection with, including the problems you had with him/her, and also what you have learnt from each other.设计意图：帮助学生巩固所学，运用所学表达自己对人际关系处理应对的看法。Step 5 ListeningListen to the dialogue. Answer the questions.设计意图：学生获取听力信息，完成问题。 Step 6 WritingUse the language you have learnt to write a short paragraph about any problem you had with other people and how you managed to resolve the problem.设计意图：引导学生运用本课所学表达自己的观点看法，巩固所学知识的同时，拓宽个人视野。Step 7 Quote How do you understand the quotes 设计意图：希望学生通过对有关主题名言的小组讨论，启发他们对人际关系的进一步的思考。Step 8 NotesGuide Ss to learn the key language points.(1) The last person I took a photo of was my sister Daisy when we were hanging out last weekend at the park.
