根据上表，近三年全国高考九套试卷写作题特点概述如下：
1.书信体为三题，非书信体为六题，其中发言稿(又可称之为演讲稿)为一题，其余五题都是“用于投稿的短文”；
2.从广义上说，九套试卷写作题的体裁都是应用文。而从狭义上说，结合题干所给出的主要内容看，体
裁有说明、记叙(包括夹叙夹议)、议论文的元素或者兼而有之(如：2022全国乙卷的写作有记叙、有说明、还有议论)；
3.除了2022全国乙卷是以“文字提纲+图表”的命题形式出题外，其余都是“文字提纲”式。以上两种题干都是以信息块(包括文字或文字+图表)的形式呈现材料，用简单笼统的文字信息或文字+图表信息给出写作内容和要求。它要求考生根据题干所给出的信息块，首先确定中心话题，然后紧紧围绕中心话题、适当增加细节展开写作，表达出题干所要求表达的全部意思。
由以上分析我们可以得出如下启示：在根据题干谋划具体表达内容的基础上，考生既要熟悉各类应用文的套句，还要借用说明、记叙(包括夹叙夹议)以及议论文的某些写作方法。
一、审读题干 把握重点
仔细审读题干：考生需要认真审读题干中的文字，包括图画、图表所表达或所反映的信息，确保审读题干做到位；把握以下重点：明确写作主题、写作要求、写作体裁以及确定谋篇布局。
二、谋划要点 扩展成句
谋划要点有两种情况：一是从题干中直接提炼要点，适当增加具体细节；二是根据题干中的“内容包括(笼统的要点)”中的几点内容进行充分的挖掘，通过合理的设想，扩充或补充细节将笼统的要点具体化(扩展成句)，然后将具体化的要点表达出来。表达时，还要注意用好相关应用文的套句。
三、连句成篇 规范上卡
将扩展而成的句子衔接起来，谋篇布局形成段落式(一般为三段式)的短文。要注意使用一些表示并列、递进、让步、转折、因果等意义的关联词语，以增强文章的连贯性和流畅性。 有意识地将一些“低级词汇”转换成“高级词汇”，将一些“简单结构”转换成“高级结构”，以求语言表达的闪亮。最后规范上卡，要求达到书写倩丽，搏人眼球的高度。
【写作过程演示】
一、审读题干 把握重点
审读题干：审读文字和图表所给的信息。
把握重点：
体裁为说明文；
话题为课外学习英语的现状；
写作要求：学习活动状况描述；简单评论；你的建议。字数：100字左右(短文的题目和首句提示语
已写好)；
谋篇布局：总体描述数据所反映的基本事实；陈述图表所显示的数据；就数据反映的特点进行简单评论，并提出自己的建议。
二、提炼要点 扩展成句
1.提炼要点
顺着首句提示语引出话题(课堂之外学生学习英语的方式多元化)；
陈述图表所显示的数据(18%的学生读英语书籍；65%的学生听英语歌曲；50%的学生看英语电影；12%的学生浏览英语学习网站)；
分析中学生课外学习英语的方式对数据发表评论；对中学生在课外学习英语的方式提出建议。
2.扩展成句
①如今，随着智能手机和电脑的日益普及，越来越多的学生在课堂之外以他们喜欢的各种方式
学习英语。

三、连句成篇 规范上卡

1.书信体为三题，非书信体为六题，其中发言稿(又可称之为演讲稿)为一题，其余五题都是“用于投稿的短文”；
2.从广义上说，九套试卷写作题的体裁都是应用文。而从狭义上说，结合题干所给出的主要内容看，体
裁有说明、记叙(包括夹叙夹议)、议论文的元素或者兼而有之(如：2022全国乙卷的写作有记叙、有说明、还有议论)；
3.除了2022全国乙卷是以“文字提纲+图表”的命题形式出题外，其余都是“文字提纲”式。以上两种题干都是以信息块(包括文字或文字+图表)的形式呈现材料，用简单笼统的文字信息或文字+图表信息给出写作内容和要求。它要求考生根据题干所给出的信息块，首先确定中心话题，然后紧紧围绕中心话题、适当增加细节展开写作，表达出题干所要求表达的全部意思。
由以上分析我们可以得出如下启示：在根据题干谋划具体表达内容的基础上，考生既要熟悉各类应用文的套句，还要借用说明、记叙(包括夹叙夹议)以及议论文的某些写作方法。
一、审读题干 把握重点
仔细审读题干：考生需要认真审读题干中的文字，包括图画、图表所表达或所反映的信息，确保审读题干做到位；把握以下重点：明确写作主题、写作要求、写作体裁以及确定谋篇布局。
二、谋划要点 扩展成句
谋划要点有两种情况：一是从题干中直接提炼要点，适当增加具体细节；二是根据题干中的“内容包括(笼统的要点)”中的几点内容进行充分的挖掘，通过合理的设想，扩充或补充细节将笼统的要点具体化(扩展成句)，然后将具体化的要点表达出来。表达时，还要注意用好相关应用文的套句。
三、连句成篇 规范上卡
将扩展而成的句子衔接起来，谋篇布局形成段落式(一般为三段式)的短文。要注意使用一些表示并列、递进、让步、转折、因果等意义的关联词语，以增强文章的连贯性和流畅性。 有意识地将一些“低级词汇”转换成“高级词汇”，将一些“简单结构”转换成“高级结构”，以求语言表达的闪亮。最后规范上卡，要求达到书写倩丽，搏人眼球的高度。
