新高考写作第一节的命题形式主要是提纲式作文，主要文体形式包括投稿征文、演讲稿、通知、倡议书、活动介绍、人物介绍、日记/周记或书信等。作文所涉及的话题贴近学生生活，富有时代气息，体现了新课程标准的要求，能唤起考生强烈的主人翁意识和责任感。

一、评分细则
1.本题总分为15分，分五个档次进行评分。
2.评分时应主要从内容组织、词汇语法和篇章结构三个方面考虑。具体为：
(1)对于内容要点的覆盖情况以及表述的清楚程度和合理性。
(2)使用词汇和语法结构的准确性、恰当性和多样性。
(3)上下文的衔接和全文的连贯性。
3.评分时，先根据作答的整体情况初步确定其所属档次，然后以该档次的要求来综合衡量确定或调整档次，最后给分。
4.评分时还应注意：
(1)词数少于60的，酌情扣分。
(2)单词拼写和标点符号是写作规范的重要方面，评分时应视其对交际的影响程度予以考虑，英美拼写及词汇用法均可接受。书写较差，以致影响交际的将分数降低一个档次。
二、各档次的给分范围和要求
第五档(13-15分)：能写明全部要点，语言基本无误，行文连贯，表达无误。
第四档(10-12分)：能写明全部或绝大部分要点，语言有少量错误，行文不够连贯，表达基本清楚。
第三档(7-9分)：能写明基本要点，语言虽有较多错误，但能基本达意。
第二档(4-6分)：能写出部分要点，语言错误多，影响意思表达。
第一档(1-3分)：只能写出一两个要点，里面错误很多，只有个别句子正确。
零分：未作答，所写内容无法评判；所写内容与题目要求完全不相关。
总之，在写作第一节中，考生应该注意“有话好好说”：体现出词语的魅力，展示精彩的语句；“有话慢慢说”：要点齐全，叙述从容，运用一定的过渡词语。平时注意积累并背诵各种写作素材的“万能模板”并学会灵活运用，这样才能在有限的时间内提升写作能力。在考场上挥洒自如，如鱼得水。
根据考生书面表达常见错误及评卷要求，我们总结出行之有效的“一式、两头、三写、四关”高分技巧，即写对格式、写好两头、写美卷面、破关夺隘。
一式：写对格式 确定主题，记住写作常用文体的基本格式和特点。
两头：写好两头 要求灵活运用熟悉的句式结构和表达手法，使文章开头和结尾的表达生动准确，引人入胜，耐人寻味。
三写：写美卷面 行文时书写规范化，力求卷面整洁美观。单词的拼写、字母的大小写符合英语书写要求。
四关：破关夺隘 以主题为纲，进一步思考其内涵和外延，联系自己的学习、生活实际，凸显时代性。突破内容要点关、行文逻辑关、语法规则关以及习惯表达关。

Sichuan Province is located in southwestern part of China. It enjoys many world-famous places of interest, such as Jiuzhaigou and Dujiangyan Irrigation project.
Jiuzhaigou National Park is a nature reserve in the north of Sichuan Province. What is the most impressive is its many multi-level waterfalls and colorful lakes. What’s more , walking in the nature reserve, you have a chance to see rare animals like giant pandas, golden monkeys. There are also many species of rare plants protected here. Another famous scenic spot is Dujiangyan Irrigation Project. It dates from over 2,000 years ago. However, it is still playing an important part in irrigation today.
I’m sure the visitors will be amazed by the beautiful scenery in Jiazhaigou as well as the construction Dujiangyan Irrigation Project.

一、评分细则
1.本题总分为15分，分五个档次进行评分。
2.评分时应主要从内容组织、词汇语法和篇章结构三个方面考虑。具体为：
(1)对于内容要点的覆盖情况以及表述的清楚程度和合理性。
(2)使用词汇和语法结构的准确性、恰当性和多样性。
(3)上下文的衔接和全文的连贯性。
3.评分时，先根据作答的整体情况初步确定其所属档次，然后以该档次的要求来综合衡量确定或调整档次，最后给分。
4.评分时还应注意：
(1)词数少于60的，酌情扣分。
(2)单词拼写和标点符号是写作规范的重要方面，评分时应视其对交际的影响程度予以考虑，英美拼写及词汇用法均可接受。书写较差，以致影响交际的将分数降低一个档次。
二、各档次的给分范围和要求
第五档(13-15分)：能写明全部要点，语言基本无误，行文连贯，表达无误。
第四档(10-12分)：能写明全部或绝大部分要点，语言有少量错误，行文不够连贯，表达基本清楚。
第三档(7-9分)：能写明基本要点，语言虽有较多错误，但能基本达意。
第二档(4-6分)：能写出部分要点，语言错误多，影响意思表达。
第一档(1-3分)：只能写出一两个要点，里面错误很多，只有个别句子正确。
零分：未作答，所写内容无法评判；所写内容与题目要求完全不相关。
总之，在写作第一节中，考生应该注意“有话好好说”：体现出词语的魅力，展示精彩的语句；“有话慢慢说”：要点齐全，叙述从容，运用一定的过渡词语。平时注意积累并背诵各种写作素材的“万能模板”并学会灵活运用，这样才能在有限的时间内提升写作能力。在考场上挥洒自如，如鱼得水。
