一、阅读理解
阅读下面三篇语言材料,然后按文后要求做题

Many of us do not know how to deal with feelings of anger, worry, fear or sadness.
We sometimes focus on them and let them take over our brains (大脑). We sometimes try to fight these thoughts, but again it is useless. They end up coming back stronger. It’s like trying to put out a fire by covering it with paper. The fire will just get bigger.
I want to teach you a way to stop these negative (负面的) thoughts. Think about this the next time your thoughts are troubling you.
“I know that I am feeling negative because of certain things or people, but I also know that having these thoughts is not going to help me in any way. I choose to let these thoughts go and instead think about something positive and meaningful. I choose to love myself and I deserve (值得) to be happy.” If you say this to yourself, you just might feel better. For example, if you feel angry or sad when you hear someone say bad things about you, remind yourself that there are other people around you who also like you very much. That way, you don’t get into a habit of bad thoughts.

Do you have problem controlling your emotions (情绪) There are some tips for you to control yourself when you are angry.
Step 1: Don’t hurt others. It is important to know what is acceptable and what is not for others. You should not hurt others, including hurting them with words.
Step 2: Take three deep breaths. You need to understand big feelings are very normal but your actions caused by these feelings will bring results. Taking a few deep breaths can give you time to relax yourself.
Step 3: Use your words to say your feelings and wishes. Saying what you wish for helps you angry or upset even having worked open a problem-solving (问题解决) conversation. Of course, your wish won’t always be an acceptable result for all parties, but you can work out a more peaceful result together with whom you are angry.
Step 4: Ask for help to solve the problem. It is okay to ask for help when you don’t feel that you can solve the problem alone. Asking your parents or teachers for advice may help you find better ways.
Step 5: Take the time you need to calm down. Sometimes you may still feel angry or upset even having worked through each of the above steps. Then, it is often better to walk away or to find another safe way to deal with those feelings. Several days later, you may not feel as strongly about whom you are angry.

B.It is normal to feel angry.

If you feel sad, remember not to watch a happy movie. A sad movie maybe good for you. Some scientists at Ohio State University found that sad movies can make people happier. They showed their study in a magazine called Communication Reaches.
Scientists asked 361 college students to watch a sad movie. The 361 college students answered questions from the scientists before, after and three times during the movie to find out their different feelings, such as sadness (悲伤).
According to the result, scientists found out that people felt better after watching the sad movie. Scientists believed this was because the movie made them think about their lives.
“I want to live my life to the fullest, and this movie made me think a lot,” one student wrote.
Silvia, the head of the study, said that bad moods (情绪) would make people think more. “Good moods are usually a sign that everything is fine. You don’t have to worry, and you don’t have to think about your problems in your life,” she said, ‘‘But bad moods make you feel terrible. So, seeing a sad movie may make you feel bad, but that will make you think more about yourself and be full of hope in the future. ”
