How to Stay in Good Spirits
Many things around us may affect our feelings and moods, such as colors, weather, news and the environment. It is very important for us to be in a good mood. If we are in good spirits, we can study or work better. So we must learn to take care of ourselves and stay in a good mood. Here are some suggestions:
1. Exercise and relax every day
2. Remember to eat healthy food and have a good sleep.

How to Stay in Good Spirits

谓语动词都具有实义,都是主语产生的动作,但不能表达完整的意思,必须跟有一个宾语,即动作的承受者,才能使意思完整。这类动词叫做及物动词。

主语+谓语 + 间接宾语 +直接宾语 (S + V + IO + DO)谓语动词必须跟有两个宾语才能表达完整的意思。这两个宾语一个是动作的直接承受者,另一个是动作的间接承受者。通常这一间接承受者用一个介词来连接,当动作的间接承受者在动作的直接承受者之前时,这一介词往往被省略。

a. There is +单数可数名词\不可数名词
b. There are +复数名词
There be 就近原则:若句子中有几个并列主语时,be动词的形式要与离其最近的一个主语在人称和数上保持一致。
There is a cat under the tree.树底下有一只猫。
There is some water in the bottle.瓶子里有些水。
There is a girl and two boys under the tree.
There are two boys and a girl under the tree.
There be与have的区别
have/has与主语是 “所属关系”,强调的是 “拥有,占有” 。
there be表示“存在关系”,强调某地“有”某物,(某地存在)

There be句型的一般将来时结构
there be句型的将来时态意为“将有……”,
即:There will be ...
There is / are going to be...
这里的be不能错用成have。
be going to中的be有人称、数、时态等的变化。
