Definition
引述某人的话一般采用两种形式:
一种是直接引语(Direct Speech),
即 地引用原话,把它放在 内;另一种是间接引语(Indirect Speech),
即用自己的话 , 的内容不放在 内。

Tip 4 直接引语是 特殊疑问句,变为间接引语时变为特殊疑问词 引导的宾语从句

Tip 5 如果直接引语含有提建议的语气,或为祈使句,变为间接引语时,动词根据语气可以选择tell, ask, order, advise等,使用tell/ask/order/advise sb (not) to do 的结构
Elise asked her daddy where were all the people .
Theo said that they had moved .
Elise asked her dad if he knew the reason .

Tip 6 直接引语主语为第一人称,变为间接引语时,应与主句主语保持一致;
直接引语主语为第二人称,变为间接引语时,应与主句的宾语保持一致;
直接引语的主语为第三人称,变为间接引语时,主语不发生变化。
