教学目标
语言技能:能用自己的语言介绍自己以及他人的喜好。 学生能够运用 like, hate, either, glad, comb 等词汇讨论相关话题。3.通过小组合作,参与角色扮演,体会语音、语调的不同意义。 情感态度: (1)创设认识新朋友、了解他人的情境,帮助学生用英语进行交际、了解他人。激发学生热 爱交际,热爱交朋友。(2)学生通过主动参与小组讨论,增强学生对英语的学习兴趣、交际 能力。
教学内容
教学重点: 掌握以下词、词组及句型: What do you like/hate I don’t like ---either. Go ahead. Play the violin/go for walks 教学难点: Express one’s dislikes. 在对话中感受交际中的策略
教学过程
Step1: Lead in
Everyone needs friends. A friend can give us help and share sadness and happiness.
Do you like to make friends
Yes, I think it’s easy. (outgoing)
No, I think it’s hard. (Maybe You don’t know how to make friends, shy)
Let’s learn something about how Danny solves the problem.
设计意图:从朋友的重要性到询问学生是否喜欢交朋友,直接引入本课话题。Step2: Listen to the tape and circle the words in the chart.
设计意图:通过课文听力,初步了解课文大意并找到具体信息点。Step3: Read and answer again.

通过图片展示 glad, Go ahead.总结 Sandra 的人物特点,以及原因。
What food does Sandra like best Why does Danny say “Me too” (Donuts. Because Danny’s favourite food is donuts.)
让学生总结出 favourite 的用法,通过两人共同爱好,体会不同语境回答“Me too, also, too, either”。
Imagine why they hate rain. Tell me some reasons ( 总结 hate sth.)
引导学生结合自身经历,回答为什么大家会讨厌下雨,开放思维。
5. Do you think why Sandra hates to comb her hair

想象桑德拉为什么会讨厌梳头发,启发性思维,并让学生说出讨厌的事物和讨厌做的事。
设计意图:通过细读课文,回答预设的问题,更进一步了解课文内容、训练学生思维并学习本课词汇、词组、表达法等。
Step4: Guide the students to make an interview card for Danny like this.
Ask the students to fill in the blanks.
Then ask the students to imitate the text and practice Q&A in small
groups.
学生在填完所有的问题后,再次深入思考,每次在听完桑德拉的回答后,Danny是作何反应的?引导学生总结,体会不同语调、语气下的交际策略。

设计意图:通过完成采访卡,了解两人的喜好并体会 Danny 的回答,感受交友时可以用到的交际策略,达到在语境中体验的目的。
Step5:Listen to the tape again and read in different roles.
设计意图:让学生分角色朗读对话,注意感情的抒发,体会不同语音语调下交际策略的应用。
Step6: Interview and give a report.
Learn something new about your classmates. Talk to them! Work in groups to ask their likes and dislikes.

After finishing the chart, change it into a report. Each group can present the best to the class.
设计意图:在总结归纳完本课表达法及知识点后,以小组活动的形式进行互相采访,运用上本课所学。由表格生成报告,体现了具体文章结构、逻辑、表达等综合能力。
Step7: Homework
In this lesson, Danny talked to Sandra. They got to know each other by some questions. We believe that they will be friends. If you want, I hope you can know about your friends’ likes and dislikes. You will find it’s easy to make friends.
According to the chart you have finished above, write a paragraph with all the information you collected about him or her in the chart to describe a friend, and then ask the class to guess who it is.
设计意图:课下继续完成报告,巩固本课所学,将报告发至畅言智慧课堂班级展示圈,由同学们进行投票选出最优。
