教学内容
Let’s spell 学生能够通过听例词发音,观察例词中共有的特征,感知并归纳ar和al在单词中的发音规则。学生能够根据ar和al的发音规则,读出符合该发音规则的生词。学生能够在图片的提示下,根据单词的读音拼写出符合ar和al发音规则的单词,补全短语,并在四线三格中工整规范地写出来。
教学目标
(一)语言知识目标
1. 学生能够通过听例词发音,观察例词中共有的特征,感知并归纳ar和al在单词中的发音规则。
(二)思维能力目标
1. 学生能够通过发现式的学习方法,观察、感知并归纳ar和al在单词中的发音规则。
(三)学习能力目标
1. 学生通过课堂互动活动,学会与他人合作学习的能力。
2. 通过不同的学习任务,学生能有意识地运用所学字、词、句,培养“说英语”的能力。
(四)文化品格目标
1. 利用不同的语境,增强文化素养和与他人交往的能力。
教学过程
Step 1: Warm up

T: Let’s watch the video and enjoy the song of phonics.
(以一首节奏轻快的语音歌曲开始今天的英语课堂,也帮助学生能够复习并巩固旧的字母发音规律。)
Step 2: Presentation
ar字母组合
arm
T: Look at the picture. It’s an arm. Wow! It’s very strong.
T: Follow me. Arm, arm, arm. A strong arm.
(以图片形式呈现arm,并配上相应的发音,让学生能够正确的跟读模仿这个音)
car
T: Look at the picture. It’s a car. Wow! It’s very cool.
T: Follow me. Car, car, car. A cool car.
(以图片形式呈现car,并配上相应的发音,让学生能够正确的跟读模仿这个音)
card
T: Look at the picture. It’s a card. It’s my card. Here you are. (如果配上实物,效果就更好了。)
T: Follow me. Card, card, card. It’s my card.
(以图片形式呈现card,并配上相应的发音,让学生能够正确的跟读模仿这个音)
Let’s chant
Arm, arm, arm. A strong arm.
Car, car, car. A cool car.
Card, card, card. It’s my card.
(以有节拍的顺序进行chant. 在chant过程中,去引导学生去感受这个发音规律)
rules for ar words
T: Now let’s listen and read these words again. Try to find out the rules for the words with ar sounds.
T: They all have ar in the word. And they pronounce /a:/ for them.
(再次听发音,并让学生仔细听,并跟读,并说说看它们共同的发音)

T: Now we have learned the rules for ar sounds. Let’s read more words with ar.
(学生在了解了ar字母组合的发音规律之后,可以呈现更多的符合这个发音规律的词汇。参考词汇有:far, bar, farm, dark, park, bark, harm)
al 字母组合
1)tall
T: Look at the picture. It’s a tree. Wow! It’s very tall.
T: Follow me. Tall, tall, tall. It’s very tall.
(以图片形式呈现tall,并配上相应的发音,让学生能够正确的跟读模仿这个音)
2)ball
T: Look at the picture. It’s a ball. The boy is playing the ball.
T: Follow me. Ball, ball, ball. Let’s play the ball.
(以图片形式呈现ball,并配上相应的发音,让学生能够正确的跟读模仿这个音)
3)wall
T: Look at the picture. It’s the famous Great Wall in China.
T: Follow me. Wall, wall, wall. It’s the Great Wall
(以图片形式呈现wall,并配上相应的发音,让学生能够正确的跟读模仿这个音)
4)Let’s chant
Tall, tall, tall. It’s very tall.
Ball, ball, ball. Let’s play the ball.
Wall, wall, wall. It’s the Great Wall.
(以有节拍的顺序进行chant. 在chant过程中,去引导学生去感受这个发音规律)
5)rules for al words
T: Now let’s listen and read these words again. Try to find out the rules for the words with al sounds.

(学生打开书本,并跟着录音一起来朗读词汇)
Step 4: Read, listen and number
Let’s read
T: Look at the eight words, let’s read them one by one first.
T: Pay attention to the rules.
(做听力材料之前,先让学生来熟悉一下这些单词,读一读每组的单词,提前对每个单词的发音都比较了解。)
Let’s number
T: Let’s listen to the tape and number them from one to eight according to the order you hear.
(听录音,按照你所听到顺序,给每个单词编号)
Step 5: Look, listen and write
Let's talk
T: Look at the picture, what can you see from it
S1: a ball, the wall
S2: two dogs, arm in arm
S3: a card, a car
(让学生来说说看图片中的内容,再次输出单词)

T: Now let’s listen to the tape and write down these words below.
(学生听录音,并下相应的单词)
