一般过去时的特殊疑问句与一般现在时的特殊疑问句在结构上没有区别，都是“疑问词+一般疑问句”的语序，只是使用的助动词不一样。

1. 含有be动词的一般过去时的特殊疑问句的构成：
特殊疑问词+was/were+主语+其他
e.g. When was she born

(1) 特殊疑问词+did+主语+行为动词原形+其他
(2) 特殊疑问词（作主语）+行为动词过去式+其他
