How to keep healthy
It’s important for us to keep healthy. As a middle school student, we should have a healthy lifestyle. Here are some suggestions.
First of all, it’s a good idea to do exercise at least one hour a day, such as running or walking. I often play basketball with my friends after school. Nothing is enjoyable than playing basketball. As a saying goes, life lies in sports. Second, we are supposed to have a healthy diet. Eat more fruit and vegetables. Try not to eat junk food. Next, we’d better not spend too much time playing computer. It is harmful to our study and eyes. What’s more, go to bed early and don’t stay up too late because enough sleep is good for our health. Last but not least, be happy as often as possible. Learn to smile at ourselves at any time.
All in all, if we can do so, I believe we can keep healthy.
