(3)能听懂并初步运用所学的单词及句型。 2.能力目标: (1)能听懂、会说、会读词汇:season,spring,summer,autumn,winter,warm,hot,cool,cold。 (2)能听懂并用英语介绍季节及天气。 (3)在实际生活中,能够流利地使用所学句型简单介绍四季的天气状况。 3.情感目标: (1)加深学生对大自然的热爱和对天气特征的理解。 (2)培养学生参加课外活动的兴趣。 (3)激发学生学习英语的动力,提高学生学习英语的兴趣,增强在真实环境中使用英语进行交流的积极性。

教学过程
Step1 Warm-up Greeting.师生问候 Review the words about weather.回顾Unit2中有关天气的词汇 (设计意图:师生问候调动课堂气氛,引起注意。引导学生回忆上节课所学的天气话题相关词汇,并为本节课学习季节话题做好铺垫。) Step2 Preview 1.导入活动1: 展示大自然四季图片,引导学生思考What’s it about (是大自然的四季。) 引出新单词:季节 season及其复数形式seasons,教读并让学生拼读,反复朗读。 2.导入活动2: 呈现春、夏、秋、冬图片,提问学生“How to say in English ”引出接下来的学习内容。春(Spring)夏(Summer)秋(Autumn)冬(Winter) (设计意图:利用大自然的图片引出大自然,进而引出四季,激发学生好奇心和学习的兴趣,使得学生对本课的话题“季节”有了初步的印象。) Step3 Presentation 1.What are the four seasons? (1)Let's learn.学习表示季节的单词:spring、summer、autumn、winter。 呈现代表四个季节的图片,结合单词卡片进行单词新授,学习它们的发音。领读并让学生拼读,运用不同形式进行认读,反复朗读。 (2)Listen and imitate.听并模仿读音。 (3)Look and say.单词操练小游戏,风扇吹出单词,学生大声朗读。 (4)Look and say.给出与季节相关的中文四季词语,学生大声说出其对应的季节的英文单词。(设计意图:通过图片引导学生直观形象地感受单词含义,及时运用小游戏进行巩固。利用学生已知的与四季有关的中文四字词语进行操练,与语文相融合,提高学生的语言理解能力与应用水平。) 2.How do you feel in every season? (1)学习表示天气状况的单词:warm、hot、cool、cold。 呈现代表四个季节及其天气状况的图片、视频。老师可以用肢体语言来表达在四个季节的感受,做出表示暖和、炎热、凉爽、寒冷的动作,结合四季卡片进行单词新授。 (2) Listen and imitate. (3)Look and say.What's the weather like 转盘转动,当转盘停下时显示某种天气的温度计,学生大声读出其对应天气的英文单词。 (设计意图:边做动作边学习,这种“做中学”的学习方式,有利于学生形象地理解单词含义,增强其英语语言的实际应用能力。学生观察温度计的显示屏,说出对应的单词,既巩固了所学词汇,又锻炼了学生的反应能力。) 3.Guess the season.看图片猜天气。 4.Look,listen and chant.呈现课本P20 Part A. Here's a chant about four seasons in a year. (1)Let's enjoy. (2)Fill in the blanks._______in________.(天气与季节对应) (3)Let's read. (设计意图:让学生注意模仿语音语调,注意发音。) 5.Let’s talk. (1)呈现已习得的九个表示天气的词语:rainy,cloudy,snowy,windy,sunny,warm,hot,cool,cold。用这些词语描述四个季节的天气特征。 (设计意图:引导学生自己总结已经学到的天气相关词汇,并运用这些词汇来描述四个季节对应的天气状况。有利于提高学生的语言输出能力。) 句型:It's___and____in______. (2)How does Joy describe Let's have a look. 6.Look and say.呈现课本P20PartB. (1)Watch the video. (2)Match and say.It’s__and____in_____. (3)Let's read. (设计意图:让学生注意模仿语音语调,注意发音。) Step4 Practise 1.单词闪现,读单词。飘落的枫叶上呈现英文单词,学生需准确、快速地朗读。 2.Draw and sing. (1)Draw (2)Say (3)Sing (设计意图:将四季与颜色融合,引导学生给四季涂色,并说一说自己认为春、夏、秋、冬分别是什么颜色的。最后齐唱歌曲,将英语学习与音乐有机融合。) Step5 Consolidation Choose and describe the seasons.小朋友们画了许多四季相关的图画,两人一组,一名学生随机抽选一张,根据图片天气进行描述,另一名学生猜一猜是什么季节。 (设计意图:借助多种方式操练从而使学生处于积极的思维状态,全方位多角度培养学生运用英语的能力,寓教于乐,也体现了学生为主的教学理念。四个季节都很美丽,引导学生热爱大自然。Every season brings its joy.)
