My mum’s parents are on the left, and my dad’s parents are on the right. on the left 在左边 on the right 在右边都是表示方位的介词短语,不仅可以用来描述人物之间的位置关系,还可用来描述事物之间的位置关系。e.g. My bed is on the right, and his is on the left.3. The woman next to her is my dad’s sister, my aunt Liz. next to是个介词短语,意思是“紧挨着,紧靠着”,这里的next to her用来修饰the man。 e.g. The old man on the left is my grandfather. 左边的那位老人是我的祖父。4. Who are the boy and the girl in front of Paul in front of 在……(范围之外的)前面 in the front of 在……(范围之内的)前 e.g. My teacher is in front of the classroom.
