Step 1 Warming Up What’s your perception(认知)of time In China, is it OK to be 15 minutes late for dinner In China, is it polite to keep your friends waiting If you’re invited to a dinner, what time do you plan to arrive Watch a video, How do people from different countries value time Time may seem universal (普遍的), but the cultures of the world interpret (解释) it very differently. How about the two countries There is a girl and a boy talking about their customs. Let’s have a look. 1.What’s the girl’s name Teresa Lopez Where does she come from She comes from Cali, Colombia So she is a Colombian. 2.The boy is Marc LeBlanc He comes from Switzerland.
