课后反思 七年级两个班,班容量都比较大,学生英语基础也是参差不齐,两极分化比较明显,从入学成绩上分析,将近二十多个学生英语成绩在60分之下,英语基础不牢固使得教学进度受影响,加之,七年级新生刚入学,并没有养成良好的学习习惯,新鲜感和陌生感并存,不能适应初中英语高效的课堂模式,注意力不集中。新学期之初,要先明确要求和英语学习的目标,培养学生良好的学习习惯,才能保证新知识的顺利学习
