课后反思 从学生交上来的作业以及练习册的反馈来看,大部分同学是比较认真的,小部分同学在作业书写上不规范,存在作业不认真,糊弄的情况,交作业并不及时,书写较乱,经全班分成兴趣学习小组,形成互帮互助的良性学习氛围,定期检查听写背诵。
