课后反思 从学生交上来的作业以及练习册的反馈来看，大部分同学是比较认真的，小部分同学在作业书写上不规范，存在作业不认真，糊弄的情况，交作业并不及时，书写较乱，经全班分成兴趣学习小组，形成互帮互助的良性学习氛围，定期检查听写背诵。
