知识梳理
数词
英语中的数词分为基数词和序数词。基数词表示数目,序数词表示顺序,即表示事物顺序的词, 其前常加定冠词the。
基数词
英语中,表示数量的词叫基数词。
1.one~twelve(1-12)的拼写和读音各不相同,无规律可循,应逐一记忆。
2.thirteen~nineteen(13-19)表示“十几”,在个位数词后加后缀-teen,读作[ti:n]。还要注意thirteen(13)、fifteen(15)和eighteen(18)在拼写上的差别之处。
基数词
拓展1:one hundred“一百”,表示“一百” 用a hundred。要表示200-900,用“数词(two至nine)+hundred”构成。在此结构中,无论“几百”,hundred都不能加-s变复数形式。

序数词
序数词的用法:
1. 序数词要加定冠词the。但当序数词前有物主代词(his, her…)、指示代词(this, that…)等修饰时,则不必再用the。如:on the third floor 在三楼
2. 序数词常用缩写形式,即“阿拉伯数字 + 个位序数词的后两个字母”。
如:one → 1st; twelfth → 12th; twenty-sixth → 26th
3. 序数词可表示日期“几月几日”中的“几日”。
如:August 17th 8月17日 October 1st 10月1日
英语基数词顺口溜
英语数词不难记,找出规则就容易。
零至十二形各异,一个一个单独记。
后面加teen变十几,thirteen, fifteen看仔细。
eighteen只有一个t,两个音节念清晰。
表示“几十”要加-ty, twenty, thirty 是特例。
表示数字“几十几”,连字符号别忘记。
序数词【记忆口诀】
基变序,有规律,多数词尾加-th。
一、二、三特殊记,词尾字母t, d, d。
八去t, 九去e, 字母f把ve替,然后再加-th。
遇到几十几,只变个位就可以。
序数词表顺序,一般须加定冠词。
