1.“It’s time for+名词/名词短语.”意为“是……的时候了。”。例如:
It's time for PE. 是上体育课的时候了。
It's time for dinner. 是吃晚餐的时候了。
2.“It’s time for+名词/名词短语.”的同义表达是“It's time to+动词原形(+其他).”。例如:
It's time for TV.= It's time to watch TV. 是看电视的时候了。
It's time for English. = It's time to have an English lesson. 是上英语课的时候了。

“Welcome back to+表示地点的名词.”意为“欢迎回到某地”,
如果后面所接地点为副词,则要省略 to。
当表达“欢迎来到某地”时,则要将 back去掉,直接用“Welcome to+表示地点的名词.”。
[例句] 1. Welcome back home. 欢迎回家。
2. Welcome to my home. 欢迎来到我家。

“Nice to see you.”意为“很高兴见到你”,是有一段时间未见面的熟人再次相见时的问候语也可以表达为“Glad to see you.”,其答句为“Nice/Glad to see you too.”。
但若双方是初次见面,则要用“Nice/Glad to meet you.”来问候其答句为“Nice/Glad to meet you too.”。
