教学目标：
1.新闻报道的写作思路；

教学难点：掌握新闻报道写作要素并能够写出新闻报道。
一．写作思路
新闻报道是记叙文的一种，其特点是以事实为依据，对人的经历或事实给予明确的、 实事求是的报道。其目的是为人们提供最新的信息。写作过程中要注意：表达要准确、条 理要清楚，语言要简炼、通俗易懂、重点要突出；还要明确时态，一般是对过去事件的报道，所以多用一般过去时。
新闻报道的写作结构一般分为四个部分：
标题：浓缩概括全文的中心实质问题，提炼要点，吸引读者。
第一段(导语)：揭示事件的核心内容(what 事件，when 时间，where地点和 who人物)。
第二段(主体)：消息的主要部分，它用充足的事实表现主题，是对导语内容的进一步展开 和阐释(要补充事件的过程和细节，往往包括why目的或原因和 how具体过程)。
第三段(结语)：一般是最后一段话或一句话，是对全文内容的概括性总结。
二．常用表达
1.In order to celebrate..., a party was held.
为了庆祝 … … ，举行了一个晚会。
2.In order to enrich our campus life , our school organized a 5 km cross - country running race last Sunday .
为了丰富我们的校园生活，我校于上周日组织了一场5公里越野跑比赛。
3.An activity , whose theme was protecting the environment / with the theme of protecting the environment , was held by the Students ' Union .
学生会举办了一场以保护环境为主题的活动。
4.In order to/Aiming to enrich/encourage/enhance/raise ..., an activity.
为了丰富/鼓励/增强/提高 … … ，举行/组织了一次活动。
5.The activity was so popular with the students and teachers that it attracted hundreds of them. 这个活动在师生中很受欢迎，吸引了几百人。
6.As scheduled, the activity started at 8 am on Saturday morning and it lasted for three hours.
活动如期于周六上午8点举行，持续3个小时。
7.... took an active part in/actively participated in the activity/attended the party.
… …积极参加了这次活动/出席了这次晚会。
The activity provided a platform for all the students to ...

9.As scheduled, we assembled outside the school gate at 8:00 a.m. and headed for the destination in high spirits.

11.It was not until half past six in the evening that the activity came to an end.

16.Not only can this activity/event enrich ..., but also offer ... opportunities to ... 这项活动不仅可以丰富 … … ，还为 … …提供 … … 的机会。
17.Not only did it get ... close to nature and give ... relaxation from heavy ..., it also promoted the friendship among ...
它不仅让 … …亲近大自然，让 … …从繁重的 … …得到放松，还促 进了 … …之间的友谊。
18.It was through this activity that we fully realized that the awareness of respecting the old should be raised .正是通过这次活动，我们充分认识到应该提高尊老意识。
三．模板构建
(标题)
(活动组织者/单位或时间)saw/witnessed (活动项目) . Aimed at (活动目的), this activity was well received in (地方).
(参与者)took an active part in the activity. The activity provided a platform for (参与者)to (活动内容一). Most impressively, (活动内容二).
With ( 参与者的)active participation and ( 其他人的)enthusiastic support, not only (好处一) but (好处二). It was undoubtedly a success.
或者：This activity was highly spoken of by students, for it motivated them to (影响).
或者：Undoubtedly, not only will this activity , but also (活动的意义).

Getting to Know the Plants Around Us
Last Sunday witnessed an activity with the theme of “Getting to know the plants around us”, which involved all students in Senior One .（无灵主语+有灵谓语）
At 8:00 a . m.,we assembled at the City Botanic Garden . Then , we set about finding whatever plants that grew there and googling for their specific information , ranging from the plants ' favorite humidity , temperature and fertilization to the timing of their sprout , flowering and fruition .
Warmly embraced by students , this activity really enriched our knowledge in plants which we took little notice in our hustling life . Also , everyone felt refreshed by getting close to nature and plants.
