学情分析
本本单元是人教版英语(三年级起点)五年级下册第二单元,本单元学习的主题是“My Favourite season”。本单元重点学习有关季节的表达词语以及有关讨论在各个季节的各类活动的句型,引导学生体会引导学生了解不同季节的特点和景象,并感知四季之美,五年级的学生有一定的语言积累,已经学过大量的活动类词语、温度天气类词语。学习一些关于季节的活动短语,比如go on a picnic,go swimming等, 掌握like ... best because ...来表达最喜欢的季节。他们乐于感知并积极尝试用英语对话,但不善于用英语进行合作表演,缺乏阅读技巧和思维能力的培养。因此他们需要各种阅读任务来培养和掌握阅读技巧,最后在真实的情境中运用语言写作,提高他们综合运用语言的能力。学生通过语言学习、情景探究等任务,了解大自然中四季的现象及其相应的话动,感知和体验大自然的丰富多彩,培养学生亲近自然、热爱自然、保护自然的意识。
二、单元整体设计思路

本节课是阅读篇, 本课时的主题意义是通过Robin 给我们介绍他喜欢的季节和原因等,本课时是涉及表达自己喜欢的季节及原因的读写课。结合四个季节的天气特征、自然景物、人们的活动领略到每个季节不一样的美、每个季节各种不同活动的乐趣,学会欣赏每个季节不同的风景,感受每个季节不一样的美好。从而激发学生在真实的语言情境中来运用所学词汇和句型等。让学生感知本节课句型的语义及语用情景。能根据课文判断句子正误, 回答相应的问题,并以信件的方式告诉Robin你喜欢的季节等。
教学过程
