My learning reflection
“The Importance of Life-Long Learning” has helped me better understand
how our learning counts. Before reading the text, I didn’t know that there are
so many exciting and inspiring examples about our learning.
At the moment I understand the significance of life-long learning, which can
make a great difference to our life. I also learnt that no matter how old you are,
you can improve yourself through learning. Just as the saying says, you can’t
teach an old dog new tricks, which turns out to be wrong nowadays. For me, it
is beneficial to know that it’s never too late to learn. That is to say, we are all
required to learn more during our life-long journey. What’s more, it is amazing to
know models who study forever. They set great examples to us so that we are
inspired to follow them.
Getting to know the importance of life-long learning means learning not only
the facts about it, but also the ways to finish it. In my opinion, I plan to follow
the models and spare no effort to strengthen my will. When acquiring new
knowledge, I’ll work hard to keep learning and practicing. Moreover, I must also
learn to do continuous update for what I have learnt already, especially when
we get older and older. In addition, it is vital for me to share this idea with my
family so that we can keep going together.
