教学目标
1.语言技能:
(1)能够听懂、会说、认读词组或单词:by bus, by bike, on foot, by car, early, walk, usually, sometimes, often, children.
(2)能够读懂题目要求,根据题目要求对将要听的内容进行预测,并运用听力技巧,捕捉重点信息,完成听力任务,正确判断两道听力题目。
(3)能够运用句型“How do you come to school? I usually / often / sometimes …”进行有关“交通方式”的询问与答复。
(4)能够根据课文中的单词与句型提示,进行有关“交通方式”的调查活动。
(5)能够正确理解对话大意并能正确朗读所学对话。

教学过程
Step 1:warm-up
1.Greeting.师生用英语互相问候。
2.Let’s chant.教师出示课件,吟唱歌谣,学生跟唱歌谣。
How do you come to school?
Sometimes by bike.
Sometimes by car.
But I never go on foot.
What about you?
3.Let’s learn.吟唱歌谣之后,教师通过呈现图片,引导学生认识刚刚吟唱到的三种交通方式:by bike, by car, on foot, 继而引出walk与by bus,提前解决课本中部分重点词汇。
4.Let’s try. 教师引导学生完成Let’s try 部分的听力任务。
(1)Read the sentences. 学生先看课文中的文字提示语与两个句子的内容,预测听力内容。
(2)Listen and tick or cross. 教师播放音频,学生听音频,运用听力技巧,捕捉重点信息,完成听力任务,正确判断两道听力题目。
(3)Check the answer. 教师通过问答的方式,引导学生核对答案。

Step 2:Presentation

(1)Ask and answer.教师通过问答的方式,询问学生上学的交通方式。
T:Ok, boys and girls. You know, my home is far from our school, so I usually come to school by bike. Sometimes I go by bus. How do you come to school?

在这个部分,教师出示课件,引导学生认识并区分三个频率副词:usually, often, sometimes.
(2)Let’s chant.教师引导学生通过歌谣巩固词汇:usually, often, sometimes, on foot, by bike, by bus.(使用升降调的方式,可以让歌谣的韵律更足!)

1998年法国绿党领导人、时任法国国土整治和环境部长的多米尼克·瓦内夫人倡议开展一项“今天我在城里不开车”活动,得到首都巴黎和其他34个外省城市的响应。1998年9月22日,法国35个城市的市民自愿弃用私家车,使这一天成为“市内无汽车日”。“无车日”这天,参与活动的城市将主要通过限制机动车进入城区,设立步行区、自行车专用区和举行其他相关活动来增强民众的环保意识,了解空气污染的危害,并鼓励人们使用更为清洁的交通工具,以进一步提高生活质量。
