Writing
I am a high school student. I want to feel better about myself and be healthier because sometimes I get down, have no energy and worry about things too much. I decided to change my diet to make it healthier. For example, I stopped eating fast food so often, and introduced fruit and vegetables into my diet every day. I also do my exercises regularly to keep fit. Now, because I became healthier, I became much happier and felt better about myself too. This has made me more confident to make new friends and try new things.
