3.教师出示Read and wri ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )te部分的挂图，让学生观看图片，看一看图片中的学生以什么方式上学。然后引导学生利用词汇表的帮助阅读课文，指导学生画出不懂的单词、句子。让学生画出每一副图片对应的上学方式短语。在学生读完后，检查答案。并教读by sled, by ferry. 然后让学生回答19页的两个问题。
