Long distance cycling brings unbearable exhaustion, long hours of anxiety, even fear and desperation, but these 220 into insignificance, compared to the joy and 221 of climbing huge mountains or seeing fantastic sights for the first time. The experiences add newness and 222 to my life and the memories are 223 .
Most importantly, cycling taught me to know myself better. It eventually dawned on me that I had more 224 and courage than I ever imagined. The self-awareness and long-lasting memories will give me enormous 225 as I carry on my life journey.
