Lead in Think about the response of coming across a big stone in the middle of the road. 2. Brainstorm some traditional Chinese fables.
Ask the students to answer the following question:What will you do if you come across a big stone in the middle of the road Ask students to brainstorm some traditional Chinese fables. 利用情景模拟来导入今天的课堂主题,引起学生对接下来内容的兴趣。 学生在教师的引导下能快速地进入学习状态,也回顾了一些较为熟悉的中国寓言。
Reading Task1: scanning Scan the passage and answer the questions. Task 2: detailed-reading read the passage carefully and try to fill in the blanks. Task 3: discussion discuss the questions with partners and think about the further meaning of the fable. Ask students to read the passage quickly and answer the following questions:1. What was the king's idea for teaching an important lesson to his people 2.What was the response from most of the people 3. What did the young girl think and do when she saw the coins Ask the students to read the passage carefully and try to find the experience, emotion and response of different persons. Ask students to discuss the questions with their partners. 1. What does “stone” refer to in life and what do you think this fable is trying to tell us 2. Do you think the king was wise Why or why not 培养学生快速阅读文章并查找信息的能力。 引导学生进行精细阅读,查找文本内容中的细节性问题。 启发学生思考文章故事所带给我们的对人性和社会的思考,培养学生的批判性思维。 学生能在教师的带领下快速并正确地查找信息。 提高了学生精细阅读的能力,同时加深了学生对文本内容的认识。 学生能积极参与讨论,并能准确地说出故事所引导我们思考的内容。
Writing Based on what we learned today, Students are asked to think about the items that should be written in the review. 2. write the beginning paragraph of the review with teacher together. give a definition to “a review”. 2. help students to brainstorm and conclude the items that should be written in a review. guide the students to write the beginning paragraph of the review together. 4. show the writing sample of the review. 帮助学生基于文章所学总结并思考写一篇读后评论所需的写作方面及写作技巧。 带领学生按照步骤完成读后评论的开头段落,并总结写作特点,最后让学生按照刚才所学完成写作。 学生能较为全面地总结读后评论的写作内容及写作特点。 学生能在老师带领下一步步完成写作。
