教学目标
By the end of the class, students will be able to: 1. to summarize information about Miao and Dong cultures when listening; 2. to use expressions to show you are listening when talking with others; 3.to talk about Miao and Dong in pairs and in groups; 4.to appreciate the beauty of ethnic minority cultures.
教学内容
教学重点: 学生通过听力前的讨论,掌握lusheng, musical instrument, silver accessories, drum towers, dong village等词汇。 学生在听力过程中通过填关键词的方式提高捕捉信息的能力,并掌握有关芦笙、银饰、侗寨的相关信息。 学生能在真实语境中,使用特定表达表示在认真倾听,并展开对话描述苗族侗族文化。
教学难点: 如何引导学生在真实语境中用过描述具体物件介绍苗族侗族文化
教学过程
【Lead-in】 Activity 1: Look at pictures and guess who are they e.g.(ethnic minority groups in China)
2.【Pre-listening】 Task for whole class: introduce Miao and Dong cultures for exchange students in a cultural festival called “Colorful Ethnic Groups in China” Activity 2: Describe pictures taken by Justin Q1: What are in the pictures Q2:What are people doing Q3: What building is it 3.【Listening】 Activity 3: Listen to conversations recorded by Justin and complete the summaries Part 1: Justin and Wuyue watched some ________ people play the __________.
