语法填空解题策略
试题解读
在一篇200词左右的短文中留出10处空白,部分空白不给提示词,要求考生只填一个词;部分空白的后面给出单词的基本形式,要求考生根据上下文写出所提供单词的正确形式。
解题步骤:
解题四步走
提示:四步走归根到底其实就是寻找依据.每一个语法填空的空格里所需的单词或短语其实都可以在所在的句子中或者上下文中找到它的依据。
如果有提示词,看 ,看 ,再确定答案
如果没有提示词,那么填什么呢?
冠,介,代,连(并列或转折连词,

一、提示词为动词
一“定”三“思”解动词
一定:分析句子结构,确定空格处是否作谓语
1、考查谓语动词
句中没有谓语,或者虽然已有谓语动词, 但中间有并列或转折连词时,需填的词是谓语动词,要考虑时态和语态,还要注意主谓一致(单复数一致)
1. The earlier record of 28 hours _______ (set 创下) in 2014.
2. All young men took up arms and _______ (fight) against the enemies.
2、考查非谓语动词
确定谓语动词 or 非谓语动词的方法?
→填非谓语:句子中已有__________且无_____。
判断非谓语动词的形式:
→ 表目的和将来,用__________________
→ 表主动和进行,用__________________
→ 表被动和完成,用__________________
(括号内的)提示词是动词,
一).空前名/代做主语,这个动词作谓语,需要考虑3要素.。。。。时态,语态 ,还有主谓一致要考虑!

二).如果动词不做谓,
非谓动词跟上去,
非谓动形式: 1过去分词(worked),2不定式(to work),
3.动词的ing形式(working)
I should do more exercise ___________ (improve) my English.
如何判断主动 or 被动?
→ 提示:找到非谓语动词的逻辑主语,并判断其和非谓语动词的主被动关系。
1. ________(kiss) by Chen He, Li Chen was very sad.
_________(kiss) Li Chen, Chen He was very excited.
2. ______(see) from the mountain, the sea looks beautiful.
________(see) from the mountain, you will find the sea beautiful.
3、考查词类转换
有时所给提示词虽然是动词,但是空白处既不是考查谓语动词也不是考查非谓语动词,而是考查词类转换。
例:
1. She is determined to carry on with her _________ (educate).
2. Jack became very _______ (worry) and he walked around the room several times.

1.一般直接加, 如quick---quickly
2“辅母加e”也直加,如wide-widely
3“元母加e”去e加 如:true-truly
4.“辅母加y”去y改i加,如happy---happily
5.“le”结尾,去e再加y,possible-possibly
horrible可怕的----horribly

1、考查形容词或副词的比较等级
所给提示词是形容词或副词时,可考虑是否变为比较级或最高级。
例:

2. Finally, that hard work paid off (见成效)and now the water in the river is _______(clean) than ever.
2、考查词类转换
所给提示词是形容词时,还需要考虑形容词转化为副词或名词。
1、The exam was ___________ (particular) important because he knew his future career might be at stake(处于危险中).
2、Facial expression and body language can _______ (great) affect a conversation.
