ninth day of the ninth month in the Chinese lunar calendar, According to tradition,
we should celebrate the festival by going mountain climbing, but now many people
today still observe this tradition
With the western festivals becoming more and more popular, our traditional
festivals are being ignored. We should try our best to promote traditional festivals.
There are many ways to promote traditional festivals. First of all, we should call on
our government to list more traditional festivals as national festivals, which is of help
to promote the development of traditional festivals. What’s more, it is important for
schools to teach students the traditional culture. Only in this way can the younger
generation have a better understanding of traditional festivals and customs.
