I. Material analysis
本节课是第六单元话题三的语法部分。主要内容是Prepositional phrases(介词短语)and Imperatives(祈使句)。通过口头表达、听力活动、综合探究等课堂活动，引导学生复习并操练本话题的介词、介词短语、有关简单交通规则的英文祈使句表达等，让学生学会在实践中运用英语，达到学以致用的目的。
II. Teaching aims
1. Knowledge aims
引导学生总结、复习Sections A~ C所学的重点词汇。
如：park, school, bank, bookstore, restaurant, library, post office…
2.Skill aims
能听懂并利用方位介词谈论建筑物所在的地理位置；
能分辨及理解什么是祈使句
3.Emotional aims
能够与同伴积极合作，参与课堂活动，大胆实践；
能够在课堂活动中培养乐于助人的观念。

能够正确运用关于建筑物地理位置的介词、介词短语、英文祈使句表达等。

Step1:Greetings.
Step2: New lesson
A: Prepositions
1. Read the words.
park, school, bank, bookstore, restaurant, library, post office…
2. Show the pictures and teach the prepositional phrases :
on 在……上
across from 在……对面
between…and 在……和……之间
on the corner of 在……和……的转角处
3. Practice.
Do the exercises on the paper.
Look at the pictures and make sentences use the prepositional phrases.
Listening comprehension: Listen, say “True” or “False”
B. Imperatives.
1. Show some sentences and their meanings.
Park here.把车停在这里
Play on the street.在马路上玩
Turn left. 向左转
Don’t park here.不要把车停在这里
Don’t play on the street.不要在马路上玩
Don’t turn left.不要向左转
2. 学生通过读这些句子及中文意思，去理解祈使句的概念、祈使句有肯定和否定之分，教师引导学生概括祈使句的用法以及如何将肯定句变否定句。
3. Practice:
Do the exercises on the paper.
Find out the imperatives.（找出祈使句）
把祈使句的肯定句改成否定句。
Match the imperatives with the pictures.(将祈使句和相应的图片搭配起来)

1. Prepositions(介词):
on 在…上
across from 在…对面
between…and 在…和…之间
on the corner of 在…和…的转角处
2. Imperatives(祈使句):
祈使句：表示请求、建议、命令的句子。
祈使句通常不带主语，谓语动词用原形,朗读时用降调。
祈使句有肯定和否定之分，肯定形式一般以动词原形开头。否定形式：在谓语动词前加don’t或do not.
Step4: Homework.
为建设文明班级，作为班级一份子的你，认为应该遵守哪些规定呢？用祈使句式写下来。至少5句。
