语篇分析 What: 本课时是单元主题意义下的一篇阅读课，在大任务驱动下的任务4：Weather and activities。本课时的话题语境是B Talk & Learn的一个延续，讲述John的父亲在外旅行，给John寄明信片谈论悉尼的天气与他的活动，悉尼的天气晴朗且很热，水也是温的，所以John的爸爸能在室外游泳，接着爸爸又寄来了他在新加坡、莫斯科、伦敦的明信片，并告诉那边的天气与活动，爸爸想了解John在北京的生活，学生通过阅读明信片内容，了解明信片的基本格式，完成给John的父亲的回信。Why: 通过了解明信片的书写的英文格式，能简单的仿写，给John的父亲回信，提升学生的阅读写作水平，引导学生学会根据天气合理安排自己的活动，学会关心家人、朋友。How: 本节课是一篇读写课，在大任务驱动下的任务4：Weather and activities。本课时的话题语境是B Talk & Learn的一个延续，语篇分为读、写两部分：第一部分要求学生读懂明信片回答问题，了解明信片的基本写作格式；第二部分根据课时目标的需求和话题的展开，完成John给父亲的回信，替代原来单纯的句子仿写活动，回答爸爸在心中对John的问题，恰当运用句子：It’s...in... I can...描述天气情况和相关活动，提升学生英语的核心素养。
教学目标教学重点、难点 复习本单元的核心句型，读懂John爸爸的明信片，完成表格，培养收集和处理信息的思维能力；（学习理解）用正确的语音、语调朗读文段，读懂其他3张来自John父亲的明信片，完成填空，培养学生寻找关键词、抓住关键信息等的阅读方法；（应用实践）了解明信片书写的基本格式，完成John给爸爸的回信，能运用句型I’m in...It’s...I can...去描述自己根据天气而定的活动计划，学会关心家人、朋友。（迁移创新）
