运用修辞手法，为续写添色加彩
在读后续写实践中，适当运用一些修辞手法，可以化平淡为新奇，化呆板为鲜活，化枯燥为生动，化冗繁为洗练，激发联想，唤起美感，增强表现力、说服力与感染力，做到语言形式与表现内客完美和谐的统一。以下我们列举中学生易学易用的四种修辞手法：比喻、参张、韧人、排比，希望同学们能学以致用，提高续写的得分档次。
一、比喻---将抽象事物具体化，复杂情况简单化，给文字增加画面感。
★明喻，带比喻词，如like、as、as if、as though等。
1.He looks like a fish out of water.
他看起来像一条离开水的鱼。（形容他不自在）
2.Her eyes shone like diamonds.
她的眼睛像钻石一样闪闪发光。
3.She slept like a log.
她睡得很熟。
4.The airplane soared like an eagle.
飞机像鹰一样翱翔。
5.It moves like a snail.
它像娲牛一样移动。（形容移动得慢）
6.He ran like lightning.
他跑得如闪电一般飞快。
7.Like the sands through the hourglass, so are the days of our lives.
就像沙漏中的沙子一样，我们生命中的每一天也如此流逝。
8.The teacher's instructions were of little use to the boy, as if like water off a duck's back.
