我说课的内容是牛津译林版六年级英语上册Unit3 Holiday Fun Storytime
一、教材分析
1.教学内容和地位
本单元的教学重点是在学习第二单元的基础上增加了一般过去时的三个特殊疑问句和一个一般疑问句Where did you go for the holiday What did you do there How was your holiday Did you catch any fish 而本课时的教学重点则是如何谈论假日生活
2.教学目标
A.知识目标:
学生能够掌握四会句子Where did you go for the holiday What did you do there How was your holiday Why did you call me Did you catch any fish 一般过去时的疑问句及答语。
B.能力目标:
能够联系实际用一般过去时询问别人假日里去了哪里做了什么事并作答。如:Where did you go for the holiday I went to Shanghai. What did you do there I saw/visited/caught… how was your holiday It was great fun. Did you catch any fish Yes, I did. Why did you call me Because I wanted to give you the fish.
C.情感目标
①培养学生积极主动地参与课堂活动,大胆开口,主动模拟。
②通过本课的学习使学生达到初步运用英语交际的能力,培养学生的合作精神。
③通过让学生欣赏大自然的美丽景色,培养学生热爱自然,热爱祖国,在旅游时做一个爱护环境的文明的游客。
3.教学重点、难点
①重点:掌握四会句型:Where did you go for the holiday What did you do there How was your holiday Why did you call me Did you catch any fish
②难点:能运用所学对话进行真实的情景交际。
二、教法
为完成本课的教学任务,我采用了以下几种方法:1.情景教学法:利用多媒体等为学生提供生动逼真的学习情景。2.采用任务型教学:为学生设计多种任务型活动让学生在观看阅读和听力中探索学习。比如,Think and write和Ask and answer;让学生询问自己的同学假期的情况;让学生编对话并汇报等。
三、学法
在教学中面向全体学生,以学生的发展为宗旨,以学生学习为主体,教师启发为引导,始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位,培养学生听、说、读、写能力,引导学生端正学习态度,掌握良好的学习方法,培养学生良好的学习习惯。
四、教学过程
基于教材中教学目标、教学重点、难点以及教法、学法,我把整堂课分成了四个步骤。
Step1.Warm-up热身运动
因为是国庆假期刚结束,同学们还都沉浸于假期旅行的欢乐之中,所以在热身部分我安排了有关我的假期活动的Free talk来导入,接着又询问一些学生的假期活动,这样可以拉近学生与老师的距离,使学生有意识地投入到课堂中来,并且这部分的内容是与本课有着密切联系的。利用所呈现的照片帮助学生学习新的词汇,如Bund, Tian’anmen Square等,并且在呈现这些图片之后适时进行讲文明和爱国主义情感目标的渗透。
Step2.Presentation引入新知,层层突破。
我在Free talk 环节谈论自己的假期生活,也和学生们聊家常,扯了一下他们的假期生活。接下来,我话题就谈到了刘涛和Mike怎样度过假期的。这样的方式承上启下,过渡自然,而且教学过程环环相扣,引人入胜。
对Story time的内容理解的教学我分成了三步。第一步是让学生带着问题去听,有一个整体的感知。因为用了一个配套的动画课件,所以简单明了,学生注意力也比较集中。第二步是让学生翻开书本阅读,从书本中来,回到书本中去。在读的过程中进一步学习本课的重点句型。此外,我还让学生在书本上划了一些关键的疑问词及其回答。第三步是让学生分组读对话,并且进行表演,使学生更好地掌握。
Step3.Practice操练
朗读和表演课文后,我让学生找出谈论假期生活的关键句型,进行朗读操练,进一步强化本节课的重点知识。两人一组,利用对话进行操练,这样做的目的,一方面可以巩固所学对话,进一步内化所学内容;另一方面可以通过强化操练,最好达到会背的效果,为接下来的Grammar time部分的学习做好铺垫。
Step4.Consolidation and extension巩固延伸
在这个部分,我要求学生利用在上个环节中找出的课文中的重点句型进行总结,找出谈论假期生活所需句型的规律,并同桌之间自编对话,进行对话练习,既强化当天的重点知识,又激发了学生利用所学知识进行日常应用的能力。
五、板书设计
虽然本课中所有的重要的词汇和句子在课件中都有显示,但我还是把它们书写在黑板上,醒目的突出本课的重点内容。
六、作业设计
本节课的每个活动都可以看作一次作业,所以作业是贯穿于整个教学过程的。但是为了对本节课有个整体的掌握,我还是安排了两项作业,1朗读课文并复述,2仿照课文,编写一个有关自己国庆假期生活的对话。第一项作业是为了巩固当天所学的知识,第二项作业是为了发挥学生的创造力,培养学生利用所学知识进行日常交际的能力。Unit 3 Holiday Fun (Period 1)
