Over thousands of years,dumpling, which has a long history, has become one of the most popular food. What's more, not only is it easy to make, but also it can be adapted to individual tastes.
How to make dumplings with meat and vegetable fillings First, you should cut the meat into tiny pieces, and then add salt, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger and Chinese cabbage. Mix thoroughly all the ingredients. Add water to flour gradually in a big bowl. Make sure not to add too much water. Then leave the dough for about one hour with a cover and then chop it into small pieces. Press each piece with your hand and get a pancake. Finally, put the fillings in the center and wrap it into half-moon shape and seal the edges.
Put all the dumplings into boiling water for a few minutes and they are ready to be served. When you have some spare time in your daily life, don't forget to make dumplings with your family or friends.

How to make dumplings with meat and vegetable fillings First, you should cut the meat into tiny pieces, and then add salt, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger and Chinese cabbage. Mix thoroughly all the ingredients. Add water to flour gradually in a big bowl. Make sure not to add too much water. Then leave the dough for about one hour with a cover and then chop it into small pieces. Press each piece with your hand and get a pancake. Finally, put the fillings in the center and wrap it into half-moon shape and seal the edges.
