第一部分 连词考点思路点拨
依据句际关系来考查并列句和三大从句，是高考语法填空的重点和难点，也是考生的易错点。如果看到没有提示词的空，需考虑是填代词、连词、冠词还是介词。分析句子成分是解题的关键。

一．并列连词的连词
如果两个单词、短语、句子相并列的成分之间存在并列、转折、选择、因果或对比关系，则填并列连词。
常考并列连词 表示转折、对比关系 but, yet (然而), while (然而)等
表示并列关系 and, both...and..., not only...but (also)..., neither...nor...等
表示选择关系 or, either...or..., not...but...等
表示因果关系 so，for(一般不放在句首)等
1.表示并列关系的

祈使句和If引导的条件状语从句可以互相转换
Study hard，or you won't pass the exam.努力学习，否则你通不过考试。（祈使句+or+陈述句前 后是对立的）

3.表示转折关系的
but(但是)(常用于口语)
while(然而)连接内容或结构对称的句子，对比两件事物)

4.表示因果关系的
so (因此)(表示结果，后接表结果的句子)
for(因为，由于)(补充说明理由，不用于句首)
He is not at school today, for he had a bad cold.(他今天没去上学，因为他得了严重的感冒。)
I am very tired, so I want to have a rest.(我很累了，所以我想休息一下。
二．定语从句的连词
1.关系代词
定语从句中缺主语或者宾语时，用关系代词：
(1)that/which(用来指物)
注意：介词之后或引导非限制性定语从句时，只用which。
(2)who/whom/that(用来指人)
注意：①whom只能作宾语。介词之后只用whom ②that既可指人，也可指物。
(3)whose作定语，可修饰人或物，表先行词和定语从句的主语之间的所属关系。
(4)as可指人或物(常用于句首)。【as不做要求】
2.关系副词
(1)在定语从句中作状语，用关系副词when，where，why。
(2)牢记case，climate，scene，atmosphere，stage，situation，spot，position，point等名词作先行词，在定语从句中作状语时，用关系副词where引导定语从句。
3.“介词＋which/whom”结构
定语从句中不缺主语或宾语时，常常用“介词＋which/whom”代替关系副词。其中介词的选择遵循以下原则：
(1)看与先行词的搭配；
(2)看与从句谓语的搭配；
(3)看句意。
三．名词性从句的连词
1.从句不缺任何成分且句子意义完整， 考虑用that引导。
2.从句不缺成分，表“是否”时，用whether引导名词性从句，if只可用于动词后的宾语从句中。
3.分析句子结构，缺少主语、宾语、表语时用连接代词what，who, whom, which, whatever，whichever，whoever等。
4.缺少状语(结合句意判断)时用连接副词where (表地点)，when (表时间)，how (表方式或程度)，why (表原因)等。
5.it作形式主语或形式宾语的名词性从句要牢记。
6.引导宾语从句的

since (既然)(语气较because弱，引导的从句常位于主句前)

4.引导结果状语从句的
so(因此， 所以)

so...that/such.....at.. (如此..以至于...)
(1) so+adj./adv.+that从句
The box is so heavy that I can't carry it.(这个箱子太重了，我搬不动。)
(2) so+adj.+a/an+单数名词+that从句
= such+a/an+adj.+单数名+that从句
She is so polite a girl that we all like her.
= She is sucha polite girl that we all like her.
（3）such+adj.+复数名词/不可数名词十that从句
It's such good advice that I'll accept it.

(4)当名词前有many, much, little, few等词修饰时，只能用so,不能用such
She has so many books that I can't count them.

5.引导目的状语从句的

5.引导让步状语从句的
though/although (虽然，尽管)
even if/even though (即使)
Although ! Though it is a very small country, it is very rich.(尽管它是个很小的国家，但是它却很富有。)
Even if/ though you were here yesterday, you couldn't help him.(即使昨天你在这里，你也帮不了他。)
although/though不能和but出现在同一个句子里，只能用其中一个，但是能和yet,(still)用在同一个句子里
