第三段：提出要求和注意事项，并动员大家参加，同时欢迎对短片提出意见。

As the school is going to reform our school century-old library into a modern network learning center, a forum themed "Time for a Change " is going to be held next Tuesday with aiming to collecting students' opinions.
The seminar, organized by our club, is scheduled to be held at the meeting room, which will last for about 2 hours, from 3 pm to 5 pm. You are supposed to give your opinions on the topic, so please get prepared beforehand. Moreover, uniforms are required during the forum. Most importantly, to create a quiet environment, the door will be closed once the forum begins, so make sure you arrive on time.
