After what seemed a century, we finally spotted a ship in the distance. As the ship was drawing near, we could see clearly it was Shackleton's ship with his crew members on board. Feeling extremely excited, we waved to them, tears rolling down. Every one of us jumped up and down, full of delight shining on our faces. With their assistance, we successfully went aboard the ship. Looking back, the endless pain we had suffered in the past four months finally paid off. If we hadn't held our belief in survival or if we had lost hope, diving into a bad mood, then the whole picture would have been totally different. It was our determination and perseverance that pulled us through. This was literally an unforgettable episode in my life.
