Rubbish sorting(分类)probably doesn’t sound like much fun.But there is a new mobile game that may change your opinion about it,and you might even learn something while you play it—Meet Sortee.
Meet Sortee is a puzzle game developed by Flow Studio, a UK company. It makes youthink deeply about everyday objects and their meanings. The rule of the game is quite simple. Two bins are placed on either side of the screen. Each of the bins has a label(标签)next to it and the label explains what it is for. When an object, such as a car or an apple, appears on the screen, you need to decide which bin itshould be sorted into and then send it there by moving your finger.

You can download the free game from Apple’s app store(苹果软件下载中心),but itonly lets you play the first few 1evels.If you want to open the next 40 levels, you need to pay 6 yuan for the full game.

Tea drinking was common in China for nearly one thousand years before anyone in Europe had ever heard about tea. People in Britain were much slower in finding out what tea was like, mainly because tea was very expensive. It could not be bought in shops and even those people who could afford to have it sent from Holland did so only because it was a fashionable curiosity. Some of them were not sure how to use it. They thought it was a vegetable and tried cooking the leaves. Then they served them mixed with butter and salt. They soon discovered their mistake but many people used to spread(涂) the used tea leaves on bread and give them to their children as sandwiches.
Tea was scarce (稀少) and very expensive in England until the ships of the East India Company began to bring it direct from China early in the seventeenth century. During the next few years so much tea came into the country that the price fell and many people could afford to buy it.
At the same time people on the Continent(大陆,洲) were becoming more and more fond of tea. Until then tea had been drunk without milk in it, but one day a famous French lady named Madame de Sevigne decided to see what tea tasted like when milk was added(添加). She found it so pleasant that she would never again drink it without milk. Because she was such a great lady her friends thought they must copy everything she did, so they also drank their tea with milk in it. Slowly this habit spread(传播) until it reached England and today only very few Britons(大不列颠人) drink tea without milk.
At first, tea was usually drunk after dinner in the evening No one ever thought of drinking tea in the afternoon until a duchess (公爵夫人) found that a cup of tea and a piece of cake at three or four o'clock stopped her getting “a sinking feeling” as she called it. She invited her friends to have this new meal with her and so, tea-time was born.
6. Which of the following is true of the introduction of tea into Britain?
A. The Britons got expensive tea from India. B. Tea reached Britain from Holland.
C. The Britons were the first people in Europe who drank tea. D. It was not until the 17th century that the Britons had tea.

Ain eighteenth century Bin sixteenth century C in seventeenth century Din the late seventeenth century
9. People in Europe began to drink tea with milk because ________.
A. it tasted like milk
B. it tasted more pleasant
C. it became a popular drink
D. Madame de Sevinge was such a lady with great social influence that people tried to copy the way she drank tea
10. We may infer from the passage that the habit of drinking tea in Britain was mostly due to(由于)the influence (影响)of __________.
A. a famous French lady B. the ancient Chinese C. the upper social class D. people in Holland

Mr Guo is a teacher from Xian. He asked his students to hand in their homework through a QR codel(二维码). “When students finish the homework. they keep it on WeChat. Then, each student makes his own QR code and gives it to me. So I can check their work anywhere using my computer or mobile phone," said Guo.
The QR codes can be sent to Mr Guo by email, QQ and WeChat. When Guo scans(扫描) his students’ QR codes, their homework appears on his computer or phone. He finds that their homework becomes more creative(有创造力的),with many pictures, music and even videos.
Guo's students like the new way and think it is interesting. "We are living in the information age. Many students like to work with computers, which makes learning more fun," said Tingting, one of Guo's students.
"The paper is not easy to keep, but the code is easy to keep and share," Guo said. "It is worth trying to use new technology in education. Education itself is a kind of creation. I don't want my students to fall behind the times."
However, some parents are worried. They are afraid that their children will spend too much time on computers and less time communicating with teachers. But in fact, the worry is unnecessary. Students only use the codes when they hand in their work, which doesn't take them too much time. Also for teachers, it allows them to check the students' work at any time. And it's also an easy way to share homework with other students.
