3. 关系副词where引导的定语从句

拓展:本句中“where we wish to enjoy and understand literature”是定语从句,修饰先行词point。当point作先行词时,若定语从句中缺少状语,用关系副词where引导定语从句。where指地点,在定语从句中作地点状语。
注意:若先行词为point、stage、case、position、 condition、atmosphere等表地点的抽象名词,需要用where引导定语从句。
