语法（询问人的外貌）
询问长相：What do/does sb. look like/be like （看起来像，指外关上的像）
用来描述外貌的常用句型。
表示某人身高时，sb +be +short/ of medium height/ tall
表示某人身材时，”sb.+be+thin/of medium /build /heavy/fat”
表示“某人长着或留着.......发时”，
只能用have/has，其结构“sb.+have/has+.....hair”
3. look like看起来像，常指人的外观或外貌
4. be like常指人的性格、人品
例：What is she like She is nice.(她人很好）
She is outgoing.(她很外向）
She is friendly. (她很友好）
look like 指人的外观或外貌 He looks like his father. 他长得像他的爸爸。
be like 指人的性格、品质 —What is he like 他是个什么样的人？ —He is very friendly.他非常友好。
tall与high
tall 常指人、动物、树、建筑物等“高”，但不指山的“高”。反义词为short a tall man一个高个子男人 a tall building一幢高楼
high 多指山高，也指空间位置或程度上“高”，但不指人的“高”；还可以指抽象意义上的“高”，如：物价、温度、评价等，其反义词为low。 a high mountain一座高山 high price价格高 high temperature 高温

maybe 副词，常用于句首，意为“也许；或许，大概”，同义词是perhaps Maybe he is a teacher. 也许他是个老师。

描述长相：（1）主语+is/are+介词短语 例：She is of medium build. She is a girl with short hair.
（2）主语+is/are+形容词（短语） 例：She is thin。
（3）主语+have/has(a/an)+adj.+n. 例：She has long hair. She has big a nose.
She has small/big mouth. She has a long/round face.
主语+wear（s)+服饰 例：She wears a red dress.
主语+wear（s)+眼睛 例：She wears glasses.

拓展：(1) each 还可用作代词，意为“每个；各自”，后可跟“of+复数名词/复数代词”作主语，其谓语动词应用单数形式。
Each of them is good at English.他们每一个人都擅长英语。
Each of them has a new book. 他们每人有一本新书。
(2) 用作同位语时，一般放在主语的后面，谓语用复数形式。
They each have a new book. 他们每人有一本新书。
We each have our views about it.他们每个人对这件事都有自己的看法。
each 指两个或两个以上物或人中的每一个，侧重个体。可与of短语连用。
every 指三个或三个以上物或人中的每一个，侧重整体，不能单独使用。不可与of短语连用。
She had a bottle in each hand.他两只手各拿着一个瓶子。
Each of the teachers is healthy.每位教师都是健康的。
Every boy in his class likes playing basketball.他班上的每一位学生都喜欢打篮球。
Many people don’t always see things the same way so they many describe the same person differently.许多人总是以不同的方式看待事物，因此（针对）同一个人他们的描述可能不同。
not always表示部分否定，意为“不总是”，当句中有all, every, both, always等词时，出现not时，表示部分否定。
He doesn’t always get up early. 他并不总是早起。
They are not both teachers. 他们并非都是老师。
describe动词，意为“描述”。describe…to…意为“向…描述…”。
The police asked her to describe the man.警察要她描述一下那个男人。
