前提：
1. 从句的主语 与 主句的主语一致；
2. 从句中需有be动词。
省略时需把从句主语和be动词一起省略。
He fell asleep when he was doing his homework.
When I was surfing the net, the power was off.
His father died when he was only three.
状语从句省略
特例：
Call me when it is necessary.
从句主语是it，后面有be时，也可以把it 和be 省略。
前提：
1. 从句的主语 与 主句的主语一致；或从句主语为it；
2. 从句中需有be动词。
省略时需把从句主语和be动词一起省略。
